Some history on Jana Mc Donald and the creation of Term Brokers Insurance
Jana began her insurance career with State Farm Insurance when she was 18 years old. She worked only part time while starting a family… at 23 she was mom to a newborn baby girl and two little boys aged 1 and 2! During her time working at State Farm in Duluth Minnesota she excelled in all of the major markets that State Farm offered… life, auto, home, and health insurance. Because of her excellence and proficiency in these markets (she became a part of the elite Top 10 agents in the Mideast region) and her outstanding customer service she attracted the attention of her superiors who then facilitated more specialized training in other markets from Corporate!

Fast forward years later and the creation of Term Brokers
Jana and her husband Chris had enough of the cold Duluth winters and decided to uproot and move the entire family and the family dog to Niceville Florida. Shortly after arriving in Florida in 2004, hurricanes Charley, Ivan, Jeanne, Dennis and Wilma came along… followed by the devastation of the Mississippi and Louisiana gulf coast by Katrina in August 2005. Multiplied billions of dollars of damage to home and business owners was left in the aftermath of these storms — and some of the largest insurance carriers had decided to no longer insure homeowners in Florida against these disasters.
Jana immediately began to formulate the foundations of Term Brokers Insurance and partnered with the largest and most reliable companies in America to provide inexpensive and reliable insurance coverage for those left deserted and broken. Her passion for the insurance industry was rekindled and Term Brokers was created with the same passion that she had found years earlier while working part time in Duluth. The passion for helping people find the best value in dependable and inexpensive insurance once again.
